My girlfriend is a licensed real estate agent in Ontario Canada. I am in VA. Is there a simple way that she can get her licence transfered to VA, MD easily.
If not does she have to do all the course work and stuff required for a Virginia or Maryland licence.

It will not transfer at all. She needs to do all of the course work, pass the test and find a broker to hire her. I am not sure she can even get a license in VA or MD without being a citizen, but most states will accept her green card.
