my now ex boyfriend of 3 years ( we have one child) says he is going to sell the house we bought in october, im not on the mortgage but I am on the property agreement the papers we signed at the house place that said we agreed to buy the place…now does he have the right to sell this place without my consent?

You need an Alberta lawyer, or at least a realtor that knows Alberta property and family law. What really matters is who is on the title to the property. You could see about going down to city hall and checking the title.
