I’ve been given the chance to help out my landlord, who is desperately trying to sell a property on a 1 acre property in the tourist city of Niagara Falls, Canada. She is willing to pay out the real estate fee (that my family could really use at the moment) since she has had no luck selling it through professional realtors.
How do I capture the attention of investors? Is there something that I could do on the internet?
The house has a storefront, that is currently a flower shop. The house is not in the best of shape, but it could be torn down, and one acre is quite a bit of land to build on. the location would be ideal for a retirement/nursing home, a store, even a restaurant… Anything that suits a residential/commercial area.
Does anyone have any advice that they could offer me?

You need to lay low. What you are talking about is a crime, and investors will not think twice about turning you in, the legal situation could well prevent the sale and bring on a foreclosure. Foreclosures are good for investors.

I have no idea how you can attract investors without getting yourself arrested.
