I want to sell privately, so please no agent soliciting!

I’m a realtor, but certainly not soliciting. What is a private real estate firm for people selling privately? That seems like a contradiction.

If you want to sell privately put an ad in the newspapers, on Craigslist, plunk a sign on your lawn and have at it. You will get a lot of bottom feeders, flipper wannabes, etc. but if you have the time and patience it might be worth it. Do have a good lawyer.
