Hello,
I’m having a dilemma. I heard about 2 great realtors in a specific city in Ontario, Canada where I want to buy an apartment building. I am a strong believer that two people are almost always better than one. Is there a fair way to hire both realtors without any disappointments later? how should I present it to them so that both are okay looking for a property for me? the challenge is the fact that if I hire both of them, then one of them will eventually NOT get the deal. THANKS.
EVERYONE, I don’t know how to thank you. You ALL provided excellent input! Thank you very much!
Regards, Neil
Your best bet would be to meet with both realtors, tell them what you desire, see if either clicks with you. Sign one for a 30-day period and see what they come up with. If you like working with them, extend the time, if not, change. I wouldn’t do two if they both work in the same city, there would be crossover as to the properties available to show and it would be a waste of your and their time.
